Wicked is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Winnie Holzman. The story is loosely based on the novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire, a parallel novel of the 1939 film of L. Frank Baum’s classic story The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. It is told from the perspective of the witches of the Land of Oz..

ISABEL KEATING – MADAME MORRIBLE

Isabel Keating garnered a Tony Award nomination and won the Drama Desk award for The Boy from Oz. Also on Broadway, Keating starred in Hairspray, Enchanted April, Spider-Man, and It’s Only A Play. Isabel won the Helen Hayes Award for Tom Stoppard’s Indian Ink (Joy Zinoman, director) at DC’s Studio Theatre. Television credits include “The Path;” “L&O:CI;” Emmy Award-winning “Judy Garland: By Myself.” Among her films are James Schamus’s acclaimed Indignation and The Nanny Diaries.
